CharliTito Ortiz was a Huntington Beach, California native. He was born 23 January 1975. Jacob Christopher Ortiz was his birth name. He was a resident of Huntington Beach until he moved to Santa Ana, California. Ortiz is half-Mexican and comes from his father's side. His father is Sam Ortiz he gave him his nickname Tito. His childhood was difficult as both of his parents were addicts to heroin. He was part of groups. He also took drugs such as cocaine. As a child He was sent to juvenile halls. When he reached the age of 13, the parents split up. He was a student at Huntington Beach High School where wrestling was his sport. At the age of 18, his mother was able to kick him out.
